Victims of gang violence are more often than not innocent bystanders that
just happen to be out enjoying life when gang members open fire on rivals.

Gang members do not care who they kill as it is the act of violence itself that
makes them "respected" within their ranks and not the killing of an actual rival.

Those of you in the hood -- you all know who the next potential killers of innocent
children are. They are your sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, cousins, friends,
and neighbors.

 You ignore their ignorance as long as it's the children of others being hurt.
